Delivery Information

For customers who reside within Thailand, the purchased items will be delivered within two (2) working days after the order is placed. 

For customers who reside in South East Asia, China, Europe and America, the purchased items delivery will vary according to the type of delivery methods selected, which may vary between five (5) to fifteen (15) working days after the order is placed. 

However, the above estimated delivery time excludes Sunday and public holiday. 

Do note that during busy sales periods or holiday season, deliveries may take longer than the estimated time.

For non-receipt of order after fifteen (15) working days, please contact our Customer Service personnel for further assistance.

Please note that all orders are shipped from Thailand and all shipping fee including duties and taxes shall be borne by the customers.

As duties and taxes vary from country to country due to different customs policies, you are recommended to contact your local customs office for any customs charges related enquiries.

Please note that no changes can be made to the delivery address once your order has been placed.
